"Return Goods Authorization" (RGA).
Please send us an email to
support@dropshipparts.com to request an RGA.
The best and fastest way possible to process your request is, if you forward your confirmation email from the purchase and simply ask us for an RGA. Please tell us what is wrong with the part or if you simply do not need it anymore.
